Rodoula is a US educated Certified Public Accountant, Corporate Banker, Strategic Marketer, Business Consultant, Leadership Coach and Trainer with extensive general management experience in senior positions in the financial services sector in her homeland Cyprus and abroad. Her areas of expertise, built over the span of thirty fruitful years, are varied and include strategic marketing, branding and communication, culture change, project management, business unit reengineering, regulatory compliance, banking, accounting and auditing.

Rodoula is a holder of a BS in Accounting and Business Administration and an MS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and (AICPA) and of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).

As auditor, Rodoula has started her career in the USA, in the biggest accounting firm worldwide at the time. After a few years, she transferred to their Cyprus operation. She continued her corporate career in one of the leading banks in the island where she served in a number of senior positions including long-term overseas assignments.

Since the beginning of 2020, Rodoula has assumed an entrepreneurial role building her own auditing, tax and advisory business which is now housed under the umbrella of Ithaca Services Ltd. She has undertaken the legacy of her late father’s clients that in the areas of accounting, auditing and tax and has expanded into a modern boutique accounting practice with relevant business affiliations in Cyprus, Greece and the United Kingdom. She is servicing clients in different industries such as pharmaceutical, paramedical, entertainment, information technology, digital communication, advertising and others.

Rodoula’s business advisory role is informed not only by her long and varied corporate experience but also by her leadership coaching and wellbeing training as a Certified Professional Coach, member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and as a Certified HRDA trainer.

She is an avid admirer of art, music, theater, literature, and poetry. She exercises and walks regularly. She loves the sea and the mountains and nature in general. She is energetic, enthusiastic and optimistic. She keeps walking…
